SD/MMC card not read

I have a Toshiba Tecra M9 Core 2 Duo laptop and I am having problem getting Ultimate Edition 1.7 reading from my SD/MMC card. Below is the output of lspci -vv.

Probably first try to Google it, here is what I came up with.. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/53923 and http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=644779 the later probably wont pertain to you..but maybe a start..

Thanks for the pointer. I've read through that bug id. My problem is that lspci does not even see the card reader.
