Brother MFC-215C Fax error
Posted: Sat Dec 19, 2009 10:07 amAfter installing both brmfcfaxlpd-1.0.0-1.i386.deb and brmfcfaxcups-1.0.0-1.i386.deb on Ultimate 2.5,
on http://localhost:631/printers/, the status of the Fax machine indicates:
CUPS Idle - "Filter "/usr/lib/cups/filter/brfaxfilter" for printer "BRFAX" has insecure permissions (0100777)"
And there is a exclamatory mark on the icon.
How can I fix this?
