Hi,
I read your post for a kind of "ctrl-alt-delete" in ultimate. If you mean a safe way to reboot a frozen system, while holding down "alt + del" type "r e i s u b" ("busier" spelled backwards) and your system will safely unmount, shut down, and reboot. Have a good day.
