Why does Nvidea drivers on linux not support 32bit graffix?

That 24 is the color depth. Being an older card im guessing, it must be part of the Monitors specification.
32bit has nothing to with graphics cards and is only CPU limited. Newer monitors using hdmi have between 30 to 48 bit color depth. Its practically a non-issue.

What does xorg output show:

You might need to enter the correct refresh rates of the second monitor in xorg.conf....

There are 2 ways to go about it:

What is the make and model of both the displays you are trying to connect??

Also what is the model of the dvi to hdmi adapter?

You need to find the horizontal and vertical rate and enter that; for your second display into xorg.conf.

If your LG tv is the second display, find the refresh rate and make an entry into xorg.conf.

OR try this....

Connect both the displays correctly to the 8800.
Next reboot or start your system.
See if the second display is detected, irrelevant if it works or not.
If it shows up in nvidia-settings or anywhere else run the command in terminal:

logout and login....if nothing then reboot.

NOTE: The bit rate does not matter for VGA/DVI equipment. They are standardless. HDMI and Display port and all the new age brouhaha have actually taken the display segment backward. My 19" samsung from 2007 is way better than anything hdmi i have used...better color contrast, less screen tearing etc etc.... 4k displays+display port are an answer to modern high 'fidelity' display-retardation.

An 'auto adjust' feature exists in most displays.
On your 32" see in the settings whether the feature exists.

Another thing would be to reapply the correct resolution or increase the resolution.
