workspace start all windows on workspace 1

when on start an application from workspace 2, 3 ... the application window appears on workspace 1 !
What to do to correct that missbehavior ?

Right click on your titlebar of the current window(application you might be running).
Choose the correct options from there.

Please also write down your hardware specifications.

The pull down menu, comming from right clicking the titlebar give option:
Always on top
Always on visible workspace
Only on this workspace
move to workspace ...

It possible then move the window on the wished workspace. But this not the expected behavior.
