Help and support for Ultimate Edition 3.5

disco ?

Postby boomer » Tue Nov 27, 2012 3:48 am

I catch myself reaching for a flash light trying to even find any controls
Pages come up black with nearly identical icons and I have to go over every one these to find the function
I guess the dark theme will go down in history with hula hoops , disco and black model T fords-----soon I hope

Will try it a few more times in the live mode but can not come to terms with the clicking three of four times and scrolling to find a program that formerly took one click
Might be good for the tablet crowd but not really for a production machine
I am hearing the same story from shop techy's about the Windows 8

Will stick with older versions of Ultimate ------------love their polish and responsiveness ---------------------and speeeeeeeeed

Change the theme. It is odd you are quoting older versions as in my experience the black and red is rather prevalent through the releases. For proof I offer you the screen you are viewing at this very moment. As is with the great desktop environment wars, it mostly boils down to preference. To compare to Windows 8 however, is blasphemy.

And now, the completely true facts, as told by an anonymous man hiding behind a screen name:
