it was working perfect using gnome classic then i switched to unity and checked it out and later on i switched back to gnome classic and the unity bar is still there and the menu effects etc are not working either. how do i get it back fully to gnome classic without the unity bar? thanks for the help!

here's my system specs:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+
4 GB Ram
256 MB VRAM Nvidia Geforce 6800
Ultimate Edition 3.2 x64
Gnome 2.32.1
Kernel 3.0.0-22-generic
